S. Timothy Warco II was born December 26, 1979 in Washington, PA, the son of S. Timothy and Susan Falvo-Warco. He is a 1994 graduate of John F. Kennedy Catholic grade school, a 1998 graduate of Trinity High School, and a 2002 Cum Laude honor graduate of West Virginia University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Following college, he attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science from where he graduated in 2004 with honors earning an Associate and Specialized Technology Degree in funeral Service Arts and Sciences. Following his curriculum at the mortuary school, he served his apprenticeship under his father at the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. for a period of one year. After successfully passing both his state and national board exams, Tim became a licensed funeral director in March of 2005. He is the fourth member of his family to become a licensed funeral director in the state of Pennsylvania. In addition to working as a licensed funeral director at the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Tim also works part-time for the Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., in Finleyville, PA. In 2003, Tim became a Washington County Deputy Coroner under his father, Tim Sr. who has served as the Washington County Coroner since 1992.

S. Timothy Warco II has recently become a member of various civic and fraternal organizations. Tim is a Third Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Council #1083, Sons of the American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post #175, Benevolent and Protected Order of the Elks Lodge #776, Washington Lodge #164 Free and Accepted Masons, Washington Royal Arch Chapter No. 150, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite: Lodge Council Chapter Consistory of the Valley of Pittsburgh, Syria Shriners A.A.O.N.M.S. of Pittsburgh, and Tall Cedars of Lebanon Wa-Cha-Gree Forest No. 149. Tim is also a member of Immaculate Conception Church where he serves as an usher at 12:15 Sunday Mass.
