Ronald M. Kinskey

Ronald M. Kinskey, 59 of Arlington VA was unexpectedly called home to heaven on November 26, 2018.  He was born on December 8, 1959 in Washington PA to Lawrence C. and Jeannine Kinskey. 

Mr. Kinskey was preceded in death by his grandparents; Lawrence S. and Evelyn Kinskey and Ray and Anna Wozniak.

He is survived by his brothers; Robert (Betsey) Kinskey, Larry Bill Kinskey, his sister; Beth Ann Kinskey, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Mr. Kinskey attended JFK Grade School of Immaculate Conception Parish, Washington PA where he learned to play the bugle and French horn.  He attended Washington High School, Washington PA where he was a member of the Wash High Band.  While in high school he was also a member of the The Royal Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps based in Finleyville, Pennsylvania.  Right after high school he joined the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army Band.  He was awarded commendations as squad and platoon leader at the Armed Forces School of Music, Little Creek Va.  Mr. Kinskey was a Disney EPCOT All American Marching Bandsman and participant in the EPCOT Center Opening Ceremonies in Florida.  He was awarded a Good Conduct Medal and Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army. 

Mr. Kinskey then attended the University of Pittsburgh where he was a member of the Pitt Marching Band and received a BS Degree in Business Management.  He had been currently working at Marsh/Mercer Washington D.C. where he had worked for over 20 years. 

Mr. Kinskey loved Pitt football and went to every game he could.  He enjoyed skiing and was an avid trail biker.  Ron will be dearly missed by all his friends and family.
