Rose Marie Pacilla, 87, of Washington, PA, passed away Monday, December 1, 2025. She was born April 10, 1938, in Fredericktown, to the late Rudolph and Anna Moravitz Pirge. Mrs. Pacilla graduated from Centerville High School as valedictorian of her class. She then went on to graduate from Penn Commercial Business School before starting her long career working in the court system.

Mrs. Pacilla was a court reporter for the Washington County Court of Common Pleas for over 35 years. After retirement she enjoyed volunteering at the Citizens Library as well as the former Washington County Health Center for many years.

On October 9, 1961 she married Frank A Pacilla. They enjoyed 43 years of marriage together before he passed away.

Mrs. Pacilla is survived by her son, Mark (Kimberly); grandsons, Anthony (Erica) and Matthew (Jordan); four great grandchildren, Cameron, Reagan, Roman and Luca Pacilla. They will all miss her very much.

Deceased in addition to her parents and husband is her sister, Shirley Ann Baker. She was the last of her immediate family.

At her request all services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S.
