Patricia L. “Patty” Ondash, 68 of Washington formerly of Fredericktown died Saturday-June 10, 2017 at Wexford Health Care Center, Wexford. She was born December 14, 1948 in Waynesburg the daughter of the late John W. & Margaret Ann Skobel Ondash Sr. Miss Ondash was employed in the Purchasing Department for Washington County until her retirement. She was a 1966 graduate of Beth Center High School. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, was an active member and Treasurer of the Catholic Daughters, a member of the Christian Mothers, Democratic Women, volunteered at the Washington Hospital and the Washington County Health Center and was a 60 year member of the American Legion in Fredericktown. Miss Ondash also loved to travel.
Surviving are her three brothers; John W. (Pamela) Ondash Jr. of Baden, Pennsylvania, Paul (Becky) Ondash of Evansville, Indiana &, George (Cindy) Lawrence of Fredericktown, a sister; Marcella “Marcy” (John) Persin of Fredericktown. Several nieces & nephews also survive.
Miss Ondash was preceded in death by two brothers; James G. Ondash & Gregory Ondash.
Friends will be received on Sunday-June 18, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 -8:00 p.m. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at E. Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director. The Christian Mothers and the Catholic Daughters will recite the rosary at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday in the funeral home. A prayer service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday-June 19, 2017 in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church, Washington.
