Terrie Lynn Perchinsky, age 64, of Eighty Four, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday-August 28, 2017 peacefully in her home after a four year courageous battle with ovarian cancer.  Her faith and devotion to God gave her the strength to face her diagnosis with valor and endurance. She was the beloved wife of Stephen Perchinsky Jr., to whom she was married for 42 years.  Terrie was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio to the late Joseph and Emily Morosko.  She attended St. Johns Central High School and later graduated from Ohio Valley Medical Center for Nursing.  She spent 38 years working as a Registered Nurse at Western Psyche, Mayview Hospital and most recently at SCI Greene in Waynesburg.

She was the beloved mother to four daughters, Shannon Pelissero, Lauren Knopp (Timothy Knopp Jr.), Jennifer Ursic (William Ursic III), and Jamie Ball (Brian Ball Jr.), and grandmother to Taylor and Annie Pelissero.  Terrie was best known for her generous heart and loving spirit, her passion for cooking and entertaining, and her infectious zest for life.  Some of her fondest memories were made with her family during their many magical visits to Walt Disney World.  There was no match to her drive and strong work ethic and her talent in decor and entertaining could only be rivaled by that of Martha Stewart.
