Frederick A. Dziak
/Frederick A. Dziak, 83 of Washington, formerly of Cokeburg, PA and Macedonia, OH passed away peacefully on Sunday-December 30, 2018 in Transitions Healthcare, Washington. He was born January 24, 1935 in Cokeburg the son of the late Albert and Margaret Miller Dziak. Mr. Dziak served in the United States Army before becoming employed by the Ford Motor Company where he worked as a supervisor on the shipping docks for over 40 years up until his retirement. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Odd Fellows and Knights of Columbus in the Cleveland area. Mr. Dziak was an avid golfer and bowler. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren after his retirement. He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Surviving is his former wife; Carol Dziak of Macedonia, OH, two daughters; Diane (John) New of Windham, OH and Susan (David) Ersek of Aurora, OH, two sisters; Anna Mae Hormell and Eleanor Atkins, five grandchildren; Andrew and Ryan Tucholsky and David, Iszabella and Ereka Ersek. Also surviving is his longtime friend; Joan Martin.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Dziak was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
Friends will be received on Thursday-January 3, 2019 from 4 P.M. until 7 P.M. the hour of a funeral service in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S.
