Frank Edward Zaccone

Frank Edward Zaccone, 72, of Washington died Thursday-January 3, 2019 peacefully at home with his two sons by his side. He was born October 24, 1946 in Canonsburg, the son of the late Samuel and Catherine Kisella Zaccone.

Mr. Zaccone was a union iron worker for many years with local 3. He was very proud to have helped construct the castle in Disneyworld.

He had a passion for fishing and spent much of his free time with a line in the water. His favorite fishing buddies were his sons, his best friend; Stush, and a nephew; Danny, who was like a son to him.  He passed his passion for fishing down to his granddaughters where they had many casting lessons in the driveway. 

Frank spent 30 years with the love of his life, Christina Maloney, the mother of his children. She preceded him in death in March of 2011. He was such a proud grandfather. His granddaughters were the apple of his eye. He was a family man who was loved by all who knew him.

Surviving are his two sons; Frank Anthony (Christina) Zaccone, with whom he made his home, and Nathan Samuel (Christine) Zaccone all of Washington, two granddaughters; Audrianna and Alexandra Zaccone, three sisters; Sara Bird, Sandra Bodnar, and Doreen Griesbaum and lots of nieces, nephews and extended family. 

Friends will be received on Saturday-January 5, 2019 from 2 P.M. until 6 P.M. the hour of a funeral service in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S.
