Dolores Ann Bober
/Dolores Ann Bober (Parcha), 83, of Washington, PA, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025.
She was born January 12, 1942 in Washington, PA.
Dolores was the dearly beloved wife of Theodore “Ted” Bober; loving mother of Kathleen (David), Karen (Kevin) and Robert (Rick); loving grandmother of Brianna, Brittany, Nicholas, Ian, Matthew, Caitlyn and Kylie.
She was a 1959 graduate of Washington High School. Following graduation, she worked for the Trinity Area School District as the secretary to the superintendent and Cameron Coca-Cola Bottling company. Dolores married Theodore on October 27, 1962 and they enjoyed almost 63 years of devoted marriage. She was a member of Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic Church and contributed many delicious desserts and food to fund raisers and church events. Dolores enjoyed cooking, baking, playing cards, cross-stitching, traveling, shopping and was an exceptional seamstress. She spent almost every night curled up with a good book and read hundreds of novels from her favorite authors.
Above all, she had a passion for her family whom she loved more than anything in the world. She loved spending time with her seven grandchildren especially having them stay at “Camp Grandma’s” during the summer and spending holidays and birthdays with them! Her family was her priority and she spent her life taking care of them always putting them before herself. Her joyful spirit touched everyone she knew and she is now at peace in Heaven smiling down at all of us!
