Rose Darlene Elliott, 79 of Washington passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 3, 2026 in the Washington Hospital. She was born July 14, 1947 in Hickory, PA a daughter of the late Albert and Rose Clemens Russell. Mrs. Elliot was a graduate of Washington High School. She was a homemaker and Christian by faith. Mrs. Elliott was a member of the American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post # 175 Ladies Auxiliary. Her family was the absolute most important thing to her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

On May 7, 1966 she married Wayne A. Elliott who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Michael Elliott, William (Cynthia) Elliott and Eric Elliott; two brothers, Harold (Pam) Russell and Howard (LuAnn) Russell; five grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and by four sisters.

Friends will be received on Thursday, October 8, 2026 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 P.M. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Owner/Supervisor, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Holly Renay Warco, Director. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, October 9, 2026 in the funeral home.
