Larry David Delsignore

Larry David Delsignore, 62 of Washington died Thursday-February 18, 2016 at the Washington Hospital following a two year illness.  He was born August 29, 1953 in Washington the son of Domenick Delsignore of Washington and the late Gloria Jean McAlpine Delsignore.  Mr. Delsignore was a graduate of Trinity High School in 1971 where he wrestled and was the football statistician at the games.  He went on to Fairmont State University and graduated in 1975 with a degree in Business Administration.  He also wrestled while in college and was the President of his fraternity. 

After college in 1975 he was employed for Black Top Paving for 15 years.  After leaving Black Top Paving he started his own business “Del-Sir Supply Inc.” in Meadowlands where he was owner/operator until the present time. Mr. Delsignore enjoyed fishing, hunting and was an avid sports fan of the Penguins, Pirates and Steelers.  He was a member of the Chartiers Cross Roads United Presbyterian Church.  He was also a member of Sunset Lodge # 623 F.& A.M.

Surviving in addition to his father is his brother; Vance L. Delsignore of Washington and his sister; Kathy L. Delsignore of Ellicott City, Maryland, a nephew; Michael Giangeruso and a niece; April Giangeruso.  Numerous aunts, uncles & cousins also survive.

In addition to his mother Mr. Delsignore was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Peter & Mary Delsignore and his maternal grandparents; Robert & Leora McAlpine. 

Friends will be received on Sunday-February 21, 2016 from 2 -4  & 6 - 8 p.m. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. Wilson at E. Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director.  A funeral service will be held on Monday-February 22, 2016 in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Susan Shaw officiating.  Entombment will follow in Washington Cemetery Four Seasons Mausoleum.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Chartiers Cross Roads United Presbyterian Church, 502 Old Hickory Ridge Rd.
