Chester J. “Chet” Mosier, 73 of Allison Park formerly of Washington died Tuesday-August 23, 2016 unexpectedly in his home. He was born September 30, 1942 in Washington the son of the late Joseph & Anna Skoczylas Mosier. Mr. Mosier was employed as an attorney for Westinghouse Corp. for many years. He was a former member of Holy Trinity National Catholic Church in Washington. He was a 1960 graduate of Trinity High School, a graduate of Penn State University and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Law School. He was an avid Steelers and Pirates fan. He loved to play baseball in Pony League and at Penn State.
His loving and long-time soulmate survives; Katherine Plany. Also surviving is a sister; JoAnn (Ed) Pitro of Canyon Country, California, a niece; Dawne (Jack) Pirris, nephews; Randy Mosier & Chris (Kristen) Pitro, a sister in law; Louise Mosier of Washington. Seven great nephews also survive.
Mr. Mosier was preceded in death by a brother; Donald Mosier.
At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be private.
