Thomas James Sefcik, 30 of Canonsburg, formerly of Washington died unexpectedly on Wednesday-November 23, 2016 in his home. He was born October 24, 1986 in Washington Pa. the son of the late Alan Paul Sefcik and Jane A. (Bob) Sefcik Pellenz of Loudon, Tennessee. Mr. Sefcik graduated from Trinity High School and attended C.C.A.C. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church. Mr. Sefcik enjoyed weight lifting, snowboarding, golfing and fishing.
In addition to his mother and step-father he is survived by two brothers; Paul R. Sefcik of Canonsburg and Jason (Renee) Sefcik of Pickerington Ohio, two nephews; Christopher and Nathan Sefcik, one niece; Anna Sefcik and a cousin; Christine.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents; Paul and Helen Sefcik and maternal grandparents; Robert and Catherine Clark.
Friends will be received on Sunday-November 27, 2016 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 P.M. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave. Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Susan Falvo Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director. A prayer service will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Monday-November 28, 2016 in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. in the Immaculate Conception Church, 119 W.
