Margaret Patricia Ansbro White

Margaret Patricia Ansbro White, 86 of Washington, PA, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025.  She was born August 19, 1938, in Bronx, NY, a daughter of the late Patrick and Kathleen Ansbro.

She was employed as an administrator for Hertz Car Rental Corp. in Manhattan, NY, and later as a buyer for Macy’s Inc., where she enjoyed travelling.  Margaret was a proud New Yorker who loved the Giants and the Yankees. 

Margaret married the love of her life, Albert White, in 1978 and were blessed with 37 years together.  They would frequently travel, enjoy snow skiing in Vermont, golfing, and visiting loved ones across the United States.  Margaret and Al eventually retired and lived in Washington PA, participating in Elks Club, Masonic Temple, the A.D. White Research Society and other community activities.  They later enjoyed retirement in Trinity, FL.  Most recently, Margaret lived in Meadowlands, PA and attended St. James Parish at Immaculate Conception Church.

Margaret is survived by her sister, Claire (Phillip) Rausch: sisters-in-law, Mary Crozier, Marge (Jerry) Smith-Peterson, Peg McCance, and brothers-in-law, Richard (Margaret) White and Willard (Judy) White. 

Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are two siblings, John Ansbro and Mary Sakser.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Owner/Supervisor, Holly Renay Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director.  A Blessing Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday in the funeral home with the Rev. Edward L.
